Better yet, if this – MONTHLY RENTAL PAYMENTS – is lower that the monthly mortgage payment you HAD and now you can really afford, until you get to rectify yourself, or you straighten your financial situation and recover your property back COMPLETELY. Also, you can quietly walk away from that home to another home for you and your family. Just picking up whatever is left over from the old EQUITY if you ever still had one.This mathematical scenario would be the path to your solution.

Para los partidos CAPITALISTAS EXTREMOS – GANANCIAS Y NO BENEFICENCIA PUBLICA es el objetivo principal DE SU EXISTENCIA.
CAPITALISMO con proporción de 50% y 50% es lo que necesitamos para asi balancear la siitucion economica del pais.
Si todos los CLUBES MILLONARIOS DEL MUNDO ENTERO se reunieran y comenzaran a – SACAR EL DINERO DE SUS ESCONDITES – fabricar – PUESTO QUE EL DINERO Y EN CANTIDADES GRANDIOSAS, PUEDEN HACER, CUALQUIER COSA O ESCENARIO QUE SEA NECESARIO – COMO  BURBUJAS INMOBILIARIAS, FINANCIERAS, o DE CUALQUIER OTRA NATURALEZA; PARA ASI INDUCIR una orientacion MONETARIA CON FINES DE LUCRO – GANCIAS –  PARA ELLOS SOLA, UNICA y PRIMORDIAL-MENTE. Seria algo -a primera vista- MARAVILLOSO, si toma el rumbo diseñado por y para ellos primero. LOS MODELOS ECONOMICOS ACTUALES son diseñados de esa manera unicamente.
Pero si los resultados bienen a ser NEGATIVOS como sucedio durante el año 2007 y 2008; la tasa de retornos caerá a niveles no tan deseados y BANG… vuelve la explosión de la burbuja, y LA reacción INMEDIATA del inversor – EN ESTAS CONDICIONES –  siempre ES negativa y COMO CONSECUENCIA ellos correran a HUIR CON EL TODOS LOS DINEROS del sistema PARA SUS CUEVAS en PARAISOS FISCALES o en ESCONDITES DE CUALQIER NATURALEZA para esconder esos DINEROS, y haciendolo así destruyen la UNICA manera de mantener las ECONOMIAS del mundo, a lo largo de este proceso las POBLACIONES DEL MUNDO caen en la miseria y la desesperacion. DONDE ESTAN ESOS DINEROS QUE MUEVEN LAS ECONOMIAS DEL MUNDO. Esto no es ciencia oculta, estamos hablando de Principios de Economía simples.
Esto es de esperarse de gente cuyo interés EN ESTE MUNDO es sólamente hacer dinero. GANANCIAS y no BENEFICIOS PUBLICOS es la meta principal en su existencia.
El CAPITALISMO – compartido en una proporción de 50% a 50% con la población del mundo – seria un sistema muy bueno y muy eficiente…CREANDO MUCHO CAPITAL DISPONIBLE en las manos de la poblacion.
El primer resultado de este sistema seria la creacion de un FUERTE DEMANDA por productos y servicios en la base de este SISTEMA nuevo. El segundo buen resultado seria de que las compañias productoras de estos productos y servicios se beneficiarian de este consumo inovador. Aqui es donde el gobierno tendria que intervenir y asi poder controlar y mantener los niveles necesarios para obtener de esta manera UNA POBLACION CON TRABAJO Y RECURSOS PARA MANTENERSE por si misma en una forma constante, perdurable e  inquebrantable.  No tendriamos que preocuparnos por las nefastas RECESIONES nunca mas.
Todo esto fue possible en lo que en el Siglo 20 y le llamaron un sistema Economico tipo OLIGOPOLISTA.  Entre el sistema MONOPOLISTA y la LIBRE COMPETENCIA existe un punto medio llamado OLIGOPOLIO, y ahi es donde encontramos los elementos necesarios para la formacion de una sociedad Economicamente mas EQUANIME y HUMANAMENTE mas EFECTIVA.  Si Señores, si se puede, y no solomanete seria mas EFECTIVA sino OFRECERIA mucho mas SEGURIDAD social.
Las UNIONES o SINDICATOS evolucionaron de este sistema en el Siglo 20, y han sido asi hasta recientemente que estan tratando de destruirlos. Todo lo contratio es lo que se debe de hacer.. Esta es la opinion humilde de…
