I NEED TO DO REFINANCE A 2-32 OFFICES BUILDINGS.
Dear Sir., I was looking at some adds in the Linkedin
Web Site Forum and thought of making a generaI request,
and think you can help me with some advice
or better yet – perhaps – in assisting me with some
RE-FINANCING I need to do.
The property in question is shown in the two links below

I am trying to keep the property but I am still looking for
an adequate source of funds with a good deal for both
sides. IN THE MEAN TIME I AM OFFERING IT FOR SALE
for $670,000.00. In to-days market it may be more.
I do have an Appraisal done 2010 which shows to be
worth $610,000.00. After that date many repairs to
improve the property have been done. Like new Plumbing
system in both buildings has cost a lot. That alone warranties
a good building for another 10-15 years.In that respect.
What I owe in the buildings is $310,000.00 and other expenses
for about another $20,000.00, and I may need some cash upfront
– $25,000.00 – to start a new program I want to implement,
a CENTRAL SERVICE for 32 offices with INTERNET ACCESS,
ANSWERING SERVICE, SOME VENDING MACHINES, and
ONE GENERAL “SECRETARY SERVICES” at the FRONT DESK.
I am talking about $355,000.00 to RE-FINANCE old loan,plus
your closing cost.
You tell me, what do you think..
Could you help me…?
What else do you need to better Analise the situation.
