PLEASE REPUBICANS DO FAIL THE AMERICANS GRASS ROOTS AGAIN, WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU TO DO SO.

Mr. John Boehner why do you expect the DEMOCRATS be lenient with you if you and your whole FOLLOWERS of republicans sat on your bottoms for four years and did nothing for the Grass Roots American People…? I only want you to fail us – The Grass Roots American People – again and let us use our PRESIDENT’S BARACK OBAMA’S MANDATE and crucify you with taxes up to your neck like  the good old FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT did in 1933 to recover from the BIG 1930’S DEPRESSION…remember. A juicy and humongous TA of 79% for all those duds who made more than 5Million a year, and a series of good commendation like – EXECUTIVE POWERS – for President BARACK OBAMA  to run his presidency more effectible and for AMERICANS to have a fast and more healthy ECONOMIC RECOVERY.

FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT and “The New Deal 1933-36″ was designed to help USA recovery out of…”THE GREAT DEPRESSION OF 1930”.

The New Deal was a series of economic programs enacted in the United States between 1933 and 1936. They involved presidential executive orders or laws passed by Congress during the first term of President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Most important FACT RIGHT NOW  at this very moment – for the USA CONGRESS to know is  that THOSE WHO MADE INCOME GREATER THAN “5MILLION A YEAR PAID 79% AS TAX.”

Tax policy

In 1935, Roosevelt called for a tax program called the Wealth Tax Act (Revenue Act of 1935) to redistribute wealth. But there was more rhetoric than revenue in that proposal. The bill imposed an income tax of 79% on incomes over $5 million. Since that was an extraordinary high income in the 1930s, the highest tax rate actually covered just one individual – John D. Rockefeller. The bill was expected to raise only about $ 250 million in additional funds, so revenue was not the primary goal. Morgenthau called it “more or less a campaign document”. In a private conversation with Raymond Moley, Roosevelt admitted that the purpose of the bill was “stealing Huey Long´s thunder” by making Long’s supporters his own. At the same time, it raised the bitterness of the rich who called Roosevelt “a traitor to his class” and the wealth tax act a “Soak the rich tax”.[86]

A tax called the Undistributed profits tax was enacted in 1936. This time the primary purpose was revenue since congress had enacted the Adjusted Compensation Payment Act, calling for payments to World War I veterans of $ 2 billion. The bill established the persisting principle that retained corporate earnings could be taxed. Paid dividends were tax deductible by corporations. The bill was designed to replace all other corporation taxes. The purpose was to stimulate corporations to distribute earnings and thus put more cash and spending power in the hands of individuals.[87] In the end, Congress watered down the bill, setting the tax rates at 7 to 27% and largely exempting small enterprises.[88] Facing widespread and fierce criticism,[89] the tax deduction of paid dividends was repealed in 1938.[90]
