DENTRO LOS PRIMEROS 5 DIAS – DESPUES DE LA ACCEPTACIONDE CONTRATO – HAY QUE APLICAR POR A ACEPTACION Y LA ADMISION DE LA ASOCIACION SI HAY ALGUNA.
    EL PROCESSO DEL ESCRUTINIO DE LA ASOCIACION PUEDE TOMAR DE 20 A 30 DIAS. TODO ESTO TIENE UN VALOR DE COSTO ANUCIADO POR LA ASOCIACION.6. PARA EL DIA DEL CIERRE A USTED SE LE MANDA A COMPRAR UN CASHIERS CHECK CON EL VALOR DEL BALANCE QUE ESTA ANUNCIADO EN EL CONTRATO ORIGINAL Y LA UENTA DEL CIERRE EXPLICADO EN EL HUD-1. EL HUD-1 ES UN DOCUMENTO CONTABLE DE LA COMPAÑIA DEL ABOGADO QUE VA A HACER EL CIERRE.LUEGO LE INDICO LO QUE LAS DIFERENTES ASSOCIACIONES REQUIEREN COMO MINIMOS REQUISITOS..
